ABOUT
BLOG:
RollingPlainsIP was founded in 2023 with a mission to demystify Intellectual Property (IP) Rights for innovators, creatives, entrepreneurs, and anyone curious about the evolving IP landscape in Kenya. Inspired by a deep academic and professional grounding in the field, this blog offers timely, clear, and practical insights into the complexities of IP law. The posts cover a wide array of topics—from emerging court decisions to real-world applications of IP rights. Our aim is to foster a deeper public understanding of IP, bridging the gap between legal frameworks and everyday practice.
